We're a small team. We work remotely. We move fast. We care about getting the details right.

What we're working on

Rapideal is a UK property auction platform for sellers whose properties are unlikely to move on the traditional market — probate, divorce, chain break, downsizing, relocation, developer exit. We connect these sellers with specialist buyers: cash, vendor finance, bridging, joint venture.

Each property goes through a 7-day sealed-bid auction with a sprint final in the last 60 minutes. We hold a £500 refundable deposit to align incentives. We take a 1.5% completion fee on accepted offers. That's the whole business model.

How we work

Remote-first. UK-based preferred but not required.
Async by default, sync when needed.
Long-form written specs. Code reviews are detailed.
Production is a single VPS running uvicorn. No microservices, no Kubernetes, no serverless.
We measure success by what we ship, not what we plan.

What we don't do

We are not an estate agency. We don't take listings from buyers, we don't host viewings, we don't do valuations.
We are not a high-street auction house. All bidding is online. No physical auctions.
We do not handle conveyancing. Solicitors handle that off-platform.
