What happens after you sign up

  1. Confirm your email — single-click link, 24 hours to act
  2. Browse listings and pick the properties you want to bid on
  3. Place up to 20 sealed bids across all active listings (one bid per financial type per listing: cash, bridging, vendor finance, joint venture)
  4. If your offer is the highest in any financial type, the seller may accept it — you get a notification
  5. You pay 1.5% completion fee on accepted offers only — never on rejected ones. £500 refundable deposit on the day you accept.
Buyers never pay to register or bid. Only a completion fee on accepted offers.
