Your free exit is guaranteed. You may withdraw your submission at any time before exchange of contracts — for any reason, with no charge, no penalty, and no obligation. Rapideal will never pressure you to proceed with a buyer or offer that does not work for you.
The Seller: You — as identified in your submission to Rapideal (the "Seller").
Rapideal: A UK private limited company (company number [XXXXX]), whose registered office is [Address]. Rapideal operates the specialist property marketplace at dealforge.co.uk (the "Platform").
These terms apply when you submit your property to the Rapideal Platform. Submission does not create an exclusive obligation to sell, and you remain free to withdraw at any time before exchange of contracts.
Rapideal is a transaction infrastructure platform, not an estate agent. We facilitate property transactions between verified sellers and verified buyers using structured deal pathways. Our role is to provide the platform, the verification standards, and the transaction infrastructure.
We connect sellers with buyers. We are not:
Rapideal acts as an introducer. We do not participate in the negotiation of price or terms between buyer and seller. The Seller and Buyer each instruct their own independent solicitor to act on their behalf.
By submitting your property to Rapideal, you acknowledge that Rapideal may introduce buyers to your property through the Platform for a period of 12 months from the date of submission (the "Introduction Period").
During the Introduction Period, if you complete a sale of the Property to any buyer first introduced to you by Rapideal (directly via the Platform or indirectly through Rapideal's network), the Seller Premium fee set out in Clause 5 becomes payable.
After the Introduction Period expires, no fee is owed to Rapideal in respect of your property, regardless of any subsequent transaction.
Rapideal charges buyers, not sellers. Sellers are free to list.
Premium upgrade is optional. The following benefits are available:

Photography, conveyancing, and valuation services are provided by third-party partners. Rapideal earns a referral commission from those partners — this does not increase the cost to the Seller. Premium upgrade fees are billed separately and are non-refundable once the Seller's property is listed.
Rapideal implements the following verification standards on all transactions:
When Sellers choose to use optional services through Rapideal's partner network, Rapideal earns a referral commission from the service provider. These services are optional and the Seller is free to use any provider directly.

These commissions do not affect the Seller's sale price or proceeds. The Seller pays the service provider directly at the provider's standard rates; Rapideal receives a percentage as an introducer.
Rapideal monitors every buyer's offer from initial expression of interest through to final agreed price. If a buyer's offer falls by more than 5% from their initial offer to their offer at instruction stage, Rapideal will:
The Seller is under no obligation to accept any offer at any price. The free exit guarantee in this agreement applies regardless of whether a price-drop has occurred.
Free Exit Guarantee — Full and Unconditional. The Seller may withdraw their submission, decline any or all offers, and exit the Rapideal Platform at any time before exchange of contracts. No fee, no penalty, no explanation required. The Premium upgrade fee (if paid) is non-refundable once the listing is live; the success / introduction fee has never applied to Sellers and therefore nothing else is owed.
Rapideal processes the Seller's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at dealforge.co.uk/privacy. Submission data is shared with buyers in the Rapideal network and with specialist partners relevant to the Seller's situation (e.g. conveyancers, surveyors). The Seller may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting Rapideal directly.
Rapideal may publish completed transaction records (sale price, area, seller situation, and vendor finance terms) on the Rapideal Price-Paid Database at dealforge.co.uk/market/transactions. No personal identifying information is published without the Seller's consent.
By submitting your property to Rapideal, you warrant that:
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By signing below (or ticking the acknowledgement box at the point of submission), the Seller confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Seller Acknowledgement Agreement — including the Free Exit Guarantee and the Seller Fee Structure set out above.
